Welcome to Tour Guide in India. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms exist to protect both you and us and to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

1. Booking & Acceptance

A booking is considered confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment and send you a written confirmation.

By making a booking, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to make the booking
  • You accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travellers in your group

We rely on the information you provide to deliver services correctly. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

2. Pricing & Payments

Tour prices are based on current supplier rates, government fees, taxes, and exchange rates at the time of booking.
Prices may change before confirmation due to:

  • airline or hotel rate changes
  • fuel price increases
  • entrance fee revisions
  • government taxes or regulations
  • currency fluctuations
If a price change occurs before final payment, you will be informed and given the option to proceed or cancel.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store your credit card details.

3. Changes to Itinerary

All itineraries are planned carefully. However, travel conditions in India can change due to weather, traffic, government regulations, festivals, or safety reasons.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules when necessary for:

  • guest safety
  • comfort
  • operational efficiency
We will always try to provide equivalent or better alternatives whenever possible.

4. Cancellations by Traveler

Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date.
Typical policy (you may adjust numbers):

  • 30+ days before arrival: 100% of tour cost
  • 15–29 days: 50% of tour cost
  • 7–14 days: 75% of tour cost
  • Less than 7 days/no-show: 100% non-refundable

Some hotels, flights, or special services may have stricter policies.
Refunds are processed after receiving refunds from suppliers and may take up to 30 days.

5. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • natural disasters
  • political unrest
  • safety concerns
  • supplier failure
In such cases, you will receive:

  • alternative arrangements, or
  • a refund of unused services
We are not responsible for additional personal expenses such as visas, flights, or insurance.

6. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:trip cancellation

  • medical emergencies
  • evacuation
  • lost baggage
  • personal belongings
Tour Guide in India does not provide personal insurance coverage.
Travel without insurance is at your own risk.

7. Health, Fitness & Responsibility

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the tour activities.
You must inform us in advance of:
  • medical conditions
  • mobility limitations
  • dietary restrictions
We are not liable for health issues arising during travel that were not disclosed.

8. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents

All travellers are responsible for:

  • valid passports
  • visas
  • vaccination requirements
  • travel permits

We are not responsible for denied entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

9. Liability & Force Majeure

Tour Guide in India acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
We are not responsible for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by:
  • weather
  • accidents
  • mechanical failure
  • strikes
  • government actions
  • war or civil unrest
  • natural disasters
  • events beyond our control
We will always assist travellers to the best of our ability during unexpected situations.

10. Personal Belongings

Travellers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal property.

11. Hotel Check-in & Check-out

Standard hotel policy applies:

Check-in: 12:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to Tours Guide In India or its partners.
You may not copy or reuse any content without written permission.

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information using reasonable security measures.
Your data is used only to process bookings and improve services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
