The terms and conditions contained in this Tour Service Participation Agreement govern the relationship between (Tours Guide In India ) and the user ("You"), who uses our services to purchase by booking a Tour Guide or any other tour & travel-related Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this tour participation service agreement and specify among other things, our cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability.

This Website and the Products made available on this Website are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement and represent that you have read and understood its terms. General

Tours Guide In India  connects You with Tour Guides who are seeking to provide tours and travel-related services. We do this through our website tourguideinindia.com ("Site"), which is a communications and payment processing system that enables the connection between You and the Tour Guides.

Mode of Payment

Tours Guide In India  offers a flexible mode of payment. You can send advanced payment to our bank through wire transfer or through mail authorization, via Visa/ MasterCard/ American Express credit card, and currency notes. However, for all payment that is done through a credit card, the nominal bank charges would be applicable over & above the total amount.

Making Final Payments

Final payments are due 21 days prior to the trip, depending upon the program. See the Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation Fees schedule included in this Tour Participation Agreement for payment due dates for specific programs. Reservations may be put on a waitlist or canceled by Tours Guide In India  if payment is not received by the final payment due date. Should this occur, cancellation charges will apply. All prices are stated in Euro, per person, and based on double occupancy (twin sharing), unless otherwise noted.

Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone and Internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral waters, travel insurance, international flight tickets, India visa fees, tips, monument tickets, movie/video camera fees at monuments, miscellaneous expenses, souvenirs or any other expenses which are not specified.

Other fees may be imposed by airlines which are the passenger’s responsibility.

Information Provided by You

You are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information in connection with Your registration for and use of the Site. Tours Guide In India  is not responsible for any claims relating to any inaccurate, untimely, or incomplete information provided to us by You.

Tours Guide In India  will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Tours Guide In India  will use its best efforts to ensure the privacy of all other personal information, however, we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that may result should any information be released to any third parties. You hereby agree to hold Tours Guide In India  harmless for any damages that may result.

Modification of the Terms of this Agreement

Liabilities & Limitation Policy

Please note that after finalization of the tour/service cost, if there is any hike by the government of India for guide charges, fuel costs, entrance fees for visitor attractions, or service tax, this extra cost would be borne by you.

Tours Guide In India  acts as an agent for airlines, railways, transporters, contractors, and hotels; all exchange orders, contracts, tickets, and receipts are issued by us in lieu of the terms and conditions and according to the services provided by the above.

The itineraries that are provided to guests are basically our sample itineraries and aim to give you an outline of the trip schedules that are offered to us. However, certain factors like weather, the physical ability of the guest road conditions, etc may mean some changes in the schedule, either before or during the tour, may have to be made. Therefore, the right to change the schedule is exclusively determined by us, keeping in mind the safety, comfort, and well-being of the guest.

Our charges are as per the Department of Tourism and Government of India. However, airlines and hotels retain the right to modify their rates without giving us prior notice. In this case, Tours Guide In India  holds the right to charge the rates stipulated by the airlines and hotels. All hotel bookings are based on the normal check-in and check-out times of the hotels unless indicated in the itinerary. We will not be responsible for any delays and alteration in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellation or accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any other incident.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, dangers, fire accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults or any causes beyond our control.

We shall not be responsible for it because we have no insurance policy that can bear the expenses of accidents, loss caused by sickness and theft, etc. Hence we request our guests to seek such an insurance policy in their hometown itself so that they can enjoy a comfortable and tension-free trip with us. We also expect you to take care of all your personal belongings, as any loss related to baggage and personal property would be borne by you.

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-in 1200 hours: Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out 1200 Hours: Later checkouts are available on request and subject to availability/payment.
